Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the volume of items, access or timings differ significantly on the day, the price may need to be adjusted. We will always discuss any change with you first.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and the details of your move in writing. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed with your booking.
Your belongings
We handle your belongings with care. Please contact us for details of the cover applicable to your move, and tell us in advance about high-value, fragile or unusual items.
